GENERAL LEAGUE RULES
1. Starters/Pick-ups: This will be managed through fleaflicker.com
2. Pick-ups: Pick ups cost $5. If someone picks up a player without money in the bank, $10 will be charged for the pick-up if dues aren’t paid by Sunday. The franchise may be turned away when requesting to pick up another player if another franchise has requested them. See Waiver Rules for pickup rules.
3. Waiver Rules: As of 2016, FleaFlicker manages the waiver system through blind bid auctions.
If you do not have the funds and you pick up a player, the league will drop that player. You must settle your balance before any other pickups may proceed.
If you used the player that was dropped due to insufficient funds,  you still owe the league the pickup cost. The rent aint free.
4. Trades: Trades will have a week of being evaluated by the other franchises. Trades do take place when the trade occurs,
but it has the chance to be revoked within a week. The trade is finalized after that week. Trading Deadline: Deadline will be 4-6 weeks from the end of the regular season, generally by the end of Week 13.
5. Weekly Winner – The franchise with the most points each week will be awarded $20. If two franchises tie for the most points that week, the amount will be split evenly.
6. Playoffs – Teams will play each other throughout the week, head-to-head. The winner of that week will go on to play the next week. In the case of a tie during the seeding, the prior week’s points will decide the better seed position. If these points are tied during the playoff week, the winner will be decided by the seeding of the bracket.
7. Fantasy Draft Weekend: The fantasy draft will be held the weekend before Labor Day. Mark your calendars!
8. Last Place– Last place finisher (#10) for the previous season has to buy beer for the draft the next year. The beer has to be of good quality (no Coors, Miller, Budweiser, etc.) and include a 12-pack.
9. Slash – The SLASH decision – For those that play multiple positions, we will have FleaFlicker dictate on how to score. If this becomes an unfair advantage, the League will decide how to proceed going forward.
10. Refunds  and Outstanding Dues – Also, all sales are final upon draft day. No refunds.
By the end of week 17, if an owner still has dues that need to paid to the league, the owner should pay the winner directly. The owner with outstanding dues should also purchase beer for the league.
